This course is for licensed conveyancers who manage property transactions, lead teams, or run their own practice. You’ll develop advanced skills to handle complex legal matters and take on both technical and management responsibilities.
Graduates are accountable for their own work and may also oversee the performance of a team.

Enrolment of participants will be subject to meeting the following requirements:
Conveyancing is a licensed occupation. Licensing regimes for conveyancers differ between States and Territories in Australia.
Following the completion of your Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing with AALE, and if you wish to work as a Licensed Conveyancer, you will be required to:
to obtain an restricted conveyancing license.
You will be required to organise your own practical experience and submit an application. AALE will not assist with the same.

This qualification is designed for learners working in a legal practice, usually as a solicitor or executive assistant. The student may already be in a legal practice seeking formal credentialing at this level or be aspiring towards achieving the status of Licenced Conveyancer but unable to practice until the qualification has been achieved. Each trainer/assessor will have a maximum of 30 students in their cohort.
Students obtaining a competency for all units in this course will be awarded the full qualification BSB60620 Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. Students not obtaining a competent result for all units in this course will receive a Statement of Attainment for those units assessed as being competent.
Post-graduate employment pathways for students completing this qualification include possible appointment and accreditation as a licenced conveyancer approved through Fair Work Australia either within a legal or conveyancing company.
Post-graduate education pathways include BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
All staff at Australian Academy of Legal Education including contracted trainers/assessors act as student support officers and can refer students to appropriate external support providers as appropriate. Australian Academy of Legal Education has a range of support options available for its students to ensure they progress through the program in a confident way, feeling supported at every step of their learning with us. The support services extended to our diploma level students are IT support and printing support with emotional support and wellbeing consultation as necessary.
We ensure that students are capable of conducting on-line/distance learning over the internet prior to course commencement.
This course is conducted as blended learning as distance learning with on-line delivery. The student is immersed into a simulated legal practice to facilitate the interaction without privacy and confidentiality concerns.
Students can have their competency from prior learning and work experience recognised in this course through the following arrangements:
Student presenting with prior experience are required to complete the assessment tool that is used by the college to assess each of the relevant knowledge points and skills. Students are not required to attend any training unless there is an agreed gap in the skills evident in the questionnaire outcome or of the practical skills demonstration. RPL information is also contained in the student Handbook available on the Academy’s website.
